Building Plans & Walk Throughs
Building a new home? Take on your interior and exterior selections with confidence. A thorough review of your plans for best livability, traffic flow, symmetry and design elements will be done to ensure your vision comes to life. Working with both the client and builder to make sure the design and floor plan meets both form and function. Available at walk through appointments for electrical, plumbing, trim-work and cabinetry meetings to help and or verify design decisions.
New Construction & Remodels
Once inspiration photos have been established and a clear vision and understanding for the overall look and feel is identified, selections can begin. Samples will be collected and reviewed for client for approval.
Moodboards
Seeing is believing. Having the inspiration, items, colors and layout all pulled together will give you the ability to make decisions with confidence.
Sourcing & Procurement
An organized breakdown of each room with the furniture and styling items listed and linked to purchase. This gives the ability to stay organized with delivery times, cost breakdown and any notes between designer and client to allow both parties to be on the same page.
